The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing, friendly, and amiable. Its location is particularly good as it's just a short walk to the shore, Jounieh nightlife square, and other attractions. They also offered a huge variety of goodies for breakfast. it was a nice experience. Rewritten: The hotel is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to the shore, Jounieh nightlife square, and other attractions. The breakfast spread also offers a wide variety of delicious options. A fairly nice stay, I would definitely come back. This hotel is gorgeous and clean, has superfriendly staff and favourable location to the airport during the protesting period. Overall delicious food, plus there is Les Tziganes close by.

My recent stay at Mateus Hotel was exceptional. The room was immaculately clean and the modern design added a touch of elegance. The highlight of my visit was when the hotel owner surprised me with a bottle of wine, making my stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, even taking the time to check in on me and offer assistance throughout my stay. The hotel's convenient location near pharmacies, markets, and restaurants further added to the convenience of my trip. I had a pleasant and memorable experience at Mateus Hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Got some complimentary drinks at the bar, good location near the beach and some restaurants. One advantage was the fast internet connection in the room.
Bad housekeeping, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the towels were not replaced. the air conditioning had some problems, the room was too cold, and it didn't have any remote control.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were amazing. We were given a twin room with a heating system, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a sitting area. Thankfully, we had access to free WiFi. There is a popular restaurant called Manaret al khaleej nearby, which is conveniently within walking distance of the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the brand-new facilities and the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The key location, close to many local amenities, was also a big plus. the staff was always very polite and accommodating, which made my stay even better.
The hotel did not offer a complete continental breakfast, which was a bit of a disappointment for me. Another negative aspect was that the AC compressor fan in my room blew warm air out onto the balcony, causing it to become quite hot whenever the AC was on.
